Menken has been able to successfully implement various projects since its inception. One of the projects that it has been able to implement is:
The UNTF Project: Engaging men to strengthen the implementation of GBV laws and policies and promote gender equality in Kenya SIDA Project-To scale up work to engage men and boys in reducing gender based violence and sexual exploitation, preventing HIV and promoting gender equality.
• Women in the Red Campaign- Engaging men to cultivate and support women’s leadership through media to start conversations about effective women leaders (In partnership with Women and Girls Lead Global (WGLG)).
• Accelerating achievements of Fast track in High Burden Counties in Kenya through Male Engagement in Homabay and Siaya Counties- The project seeks to harness the clout of Religious and Traditional leaders in increase uptake to HIV services by men.
• Wanaume Changamkia Haki-He for She Men and Boys in Bomet and Kericho- The project seeks to engage with men and boys in ending sexual harassment and gender based violence to promote violence free environment for women and girls in tea estates and small holder farmers in Kericho and Bomet Counties.
• Usalama wa Uma (Public Safety)- The project is anchored on creating safer cities and gearing towards creating a safe and professional public transport industry. It aims at sanitising the public sector through gender transformation, sexual harassment and quality service delivery.(In partnership with public transport saccos.
